I wanna start by saying my stylist Audrey does an amazing job and always provides stunning customer service. With that being said, I came in today 6 minutes after my scheduled appointment due to University Drive traffic. Im constantly asked if I checked in online which I do to follow your process. It states on your website any appointment 30 minutes past time will be pushed back, totally understandable, but 6 minutes past time and now I have to wait an additional 26 minutes? Why even have the online register if a walk in gets first dibs anyway? I dont know her name but one can only assume she is the manager, was quite rude when I questioned the scheduling issue and stated that I would just have to wait regardless of checking in online per store request. I felt as though my money and time were secondary concerns and as someone in the customer service industry I can confirm that isnt a strong strategy to have in play. After reading through some of the other reviews I see this is an ongoing issue that doesnt really seem to be a concern that needs to be addressed. Im sure my $23 will be appreciated elsewhere.

2 stars because my hair looks decent, but the hair stylist was incredibly rude. I’d rather not be yelled at as I’m trying to explain what I want my hair to look like.

Done. Signed in using their system for first available stylist. Another guy comes in 15 minutes behind me, also chooses first available in the local system. New stylist comes in and clocks in. I'm next in line, yay. She knows the guy who came in after me (who still has a 15 minute wait according to the check in system). New (first available) stylist takes other guy. I walked out. Could have been an oversight, a simple mistake, an oops moment. Last year, similar event happened. Walked in to an empty shop. All employees were in the back room. Two came out of the break room and neither said as much as hello to me. Sat there for 10 minutes, was not acknowledged before I walked out. I won't be back. Roosters is just up the street and I've never received poor treatment there.
