I wanna start by saying my stylist Audrey does an amazing job and always provides stunning customer service. With that being said, I came in today 6 minutes after my scheduled appointment due to University Drive traffic. Im constantly asked if I checked in online which I do to follow your process. It states on your website any appointment 30 minutes past time will be pushed back, totally understandable, but 6 minutes past time and now I have to wait an additional 26 minutes? Why even have the online register if a walk in gets first dibs anyway? I dont know her name but one can only assume she is the manager, was quite rude when I questioned the scheduling issue and stated that I would just have to wait regardless of checking in online per store request. I felt as though my money and time were secondary concerns and as someone in the customer service industry I can confirm that isnt a strong strategy to have in play. After reading through some of the other reviews I see this is an ongoing issue that doesnt really seem to be a concern that needs to be addressed. Im sure my $23 will be appreciated elsewhere.

I have been getting my haircut at this location since 2015. 10/23/2020 will be the last time I try to get my haircut at this location. If this was the first time this had happened then I would not be writing this review. I check in online and I request a stylist I do not use first available. Then it gives you a time to be there 12:28 I so up at 12:24 . But then I walk in and the stylist I request tell me it will be 30 minutes more wait. She has someone in her chair that just sat down and she has not even started on his hair. So in 4min. I got bumped out of my spot. Why even have online check in that gives you a time to be there if its not going to be honored when you rush to show up on time. It will also tex you and tell you that if you have not arrived at the location and check in you will lose your spot in line. It might as well say if you show up on time or before time you will be bumped too. I know Covid has made things different but this has happened before to me before Covid.
